Description
"August Drauschke was easily one of the luckiest and at the same time unluckiest people to ever live.
Born in 1829 in the Principality of Lippe and fought valiantly alongside his three brothers during the German Revolution of 1848. He was the only one of them survive the uprising. After the events he was accused and found guilty of two murders which had in fact been committed by his oldest brother Wolfgang. August then had to leave his home and flee to Bremen. Even though penniless and without any knowledge of the life at sea, he still found employment aboard a trading ship. After two relatively quiet years he secretly returned to his home, only to find out that his family home had burnt down together with any remaining traces of his whereabouts. He returned to Bremen and signed on aboard a merchantman from Hamburg, a post he kept until his ship sank off the coast of the Phillipines in 1855. He was the only survivor.
This is the second message in a bottle he sent off."
This project is something slightly different. I threw it in a local fountain on the 28. July 2015. I wonder if I'll ever hear from it again.
